Great job, and nice thinking! Sorry you didn't win. It's understandable though. Dr. Pepper is trying to sell soda, so they picked a winning entry that fit into the neighborhood, and would entice people to drink a soda on a hot summer day. Too many people would be unable to relate to this one, although I'm sure they'd find it as wonderful and entertaining as I do.
